We help growing organizations build the leadership systems, operating cadence, and accountability needed to scale without
chaos.
The next stage of growth requires clear priorities, strong leadership, and the right support. Let’s explore how to buy back your time, keep important work moving, and build execution that survives growth.
They’re asking different questions.
These aren’t strategy problems. They’re execution problems.
The strategy is usually clear enough. What breaks down is the
system that’s supposed to carry it forward: the clarity around
priorities, the accountability for outcomes, the leadership discipline
that keeps things moving when the owner steps back.
We don’t sell operating systems. We sell execution.
Strategy. Clarity. Impact. is how we work, not what we’re pitching. Most clients don’t come to us because they lack a strategy. They come because the strategy isn’t moving. Decisions aren’t getting made. The right people aren’t owning the right things. And the owner is still in the middle of all of it.
That’s what we fix.
Directly, alongside you, until it holds.
Clarity: building the ownership, accountability, and operating cadence that keeps priorities moving without the owner driving every one. Impact: doing the actual work until execution becomes self-sustaining. Not a handoff. We stay until it sticks.
getting the direction right and making sure leadership is aligned
to it.

doing the actual work until execution becomes self-sustaining.
Not a handoff. We stay until it sticks.
We help leaders design clarity, enable accountability, and embed execution discipline into the organization.
We work alongside you on the strategy, the decisions, and the execution. One relationship, all three.
Hard problems. Sharper thinking.
When the direction isn’t clear or the stakes are too high to get wrong, this is where we start. We work directly with owners and leadership teams on the decisions that shape the next two years.
Get the direction right, and the next thing you need is someone keeping you focused on it.
Owners focused on what only they can do.
A standing relationship built around keeping you sharp and out of the weeds. Coaching, business systems, and the right data so you can see what’s happening and act on it.
Once the focus is there, the question becomes: who’s doing the work?
Buy back your time. Execute.
This is where the plan actually gets done. Point Operations brings fractional resources and hands-on support into your business so nothing stalls out waiting on bandwidth.
We find what's slowing things down.

When the business has outgrown the current way of working, we’re the team that helps build what comes next.
Our team brings together decades of leadership, operational, and strategic experience to help organizations navigate growth, improve execution, and create lasting impact. We work closely with clients to deliver practical guidance tailored to their unique goals and challenges.
Brent founded The Point Advisors after two decades working
inside and alongside leadership teams in engineering,
operations, and executive roles. He’s been in the room when
strategy stalls, when growth creates more chaos than
momentum, and when an organization finally figures out
what’s actually in the way. His work is direct and practical: he
doesn’t hand over a report and move on. He stays until the
problem is solved and the fix holds.
Mike walks into an operation, reads it carefully, and finds
what’s actually broken, not what looks broken from the
outside. With 25 years running multi-site manufacturing
operations, including 16 years as a General Manager and
Director of Manufacturing at MasterBrand Cabinets, he’s built
and rebuilt operations from the floor up. He’s most effective
when an operation has grown past the current way of
managing it and leadership needs someone who can
redesign it without shutting it down.
David’s specialty is making financial data useful, not just
accurate. After 30 years in manufacturing finance, including
P&L responsibility for operations up to $150M and business
planning for a $2 billion division, he understands the gap
between what the numbers say and what’s actually
happening operationally. At SRG Global, he led a $12M
productivity initiative by connecting financial metrics directly
to operational priorities. He works best where financial
reporting has been reactive, performance visibility is limited,
or leadership needs cost discipline to get ahead of the
business.
Bob builds quality and accountability systems that actually
hold. Over 34 years in operations, advancing to Quality
Director with multi-site responsibility across the U.S., Mexico,
and Canada, he’s developed a practical ability to design
systems that work in real production environments, not just
on paper. He specializes in building the communication
structures, team accountability frameworks, and operational
standards that keep quality consistent without requiring
constant management attention.
Keith bridges the gap between how work gets planned and
how it actually gets executed in the field. His background
spans program and project management in large
manufacturing and industrial operations, and his focus is on
the practical side: how jobs get set up, how estimating
translates to field reality, how PMs and superintendents build
the discipline to catch problems early. He coaches project
managers and field supervisors on the fundamentals that
drive consistent execution, not theory, but what actually
works on a job site.

“The work you and your team are doing here is outstanding. We are receiving a great deal of positive feedback, and it is making a real difference in how our people are operating.”
“When we brought in The Point Advisors to design and implement a project management system across our operating companies, we saw a real shift in how our teams operate and execute. It brought structure to how we work, improved accountability at every level, and created momentum we hadn’t had before. The results have been visible and consistent.”
“What The Point Advisors brought was a level of operational depth we hadn’t found anywhere else. Every person on the team had real experience in the environments we were dealing with, and it showed in how quickly they understood our problems and what they recommended.”
“We had worked with larger consulting firms before and always felt like we were getting a junior team after the initial pitch. With The Point Advisors, the people we met during the engagement were the same people doing the work. That made a real difference in the quality of what we got.”
“The Point Advisors helped us get our leadership team aligned in a way that other engagements had tried and failed to do. They were direct, they didn’t waste our time, and they understood that our business couldn’t slow down while we were working through this. The engagement was designed around how we actually operate.”
“We brought them in for what we thought was a focused operational issue. What they helped us see was that the issue was a symptom of something broader in how we were structured and how decisions were getting made. Addressing the root cause changed the trajectory of the business.”
“The Point Advisors are straightforward to work with. They tell you what they see, they back it up, and they stay with you through execution. That combination is harder to find than it should be.”
